Use the site for lawful business purposes. Please do not:

• try to disrupt the site or gain access to anything you are not meant to see;
• send us malicious code or deliberately false enquiries;
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

We try to keep the site accurate, but it is general information, not an offer. The product categories we list are examples, and we may not have every item in stock or be able to source it.

Images on the site are illustrative. They may not show the exact goods we supply.

• Quotes. A quote is an offer on the terms written in it, including price, GST, delivery date and payment terms, and it stays open for the period it states.
• Accepting an order. An order is agreed when we confirm it in writing, or, for GeM orders, when we accept it on the portal.
• GeM orders. These follow the GeM General Terms and Conditions and the portal's own process, including payment.
• Specifications and dates. If we cannot meet a specification or a delivery date, we will tell you before you commit, not after.
• Paperwork. A GST invoice and delivery challan come with every order, plus warranty, test or compliance documents where the product has them.
• Problems with an order. If goods arrive wrong, damaged or late, tell us as soon as you notice. What happens next is set out in the order terms or, for GeM, in the GeM terms.

Please give us accurate specifications and delivery details. We quote and source from what you tell us, so a wrong detail can mean the wrong goods. How we handle your personal details is in our Privacy policy.

The text, design and logo on this site belong to RajDip Enterprises. Product names and brands belong to their owners. Please do not copy our material without asking.

The site links to services such as GeM, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that, we are not liable for loss that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. Our responsibility for goods and services is set by the terms of the order, not by this page.

We may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
